Where are your products from?

Our products are sustainably sourced and made in Korea. We ensure that all our ingredients are clean and cruelty-free.

Why BasicallyJo?

We only bring in clean skincare that contain natural ingredients, free from harmful chemicals. This reduces the possibility of potential outbreaks, and allows the skin to 'breathe freely'.You can be rest assured that what you're using on your skin is 100% safe and clean for even the most sensitive skin!

What happens if we have an allergic reaction from using the products?

The products we carry have a generally low EWG Grade or have been dermatologically tested for irritation. Hence, this means that the chances of allergy is at an all-time low.

Despite that, different skin types may react adversely to certain skincare products. Thus, we highly encourage you to take a look at the Ingredients List before purchasing the skincare products.

Can I try your products first before committing?

We do have a travel size range for some skincare products for you to test out first before committing to the full size product.

I am pregnant. Are your products safe for me?

All products are made of natural ingredients, free from synthetic surfactants, parabens and harmful chemicals. They are generally safe for pregnant ladies.

However, as with all new skincare products, it is recommended to do a test patch on your wrist for 24 hours first to test for allergies to the ingredients. 

I changed my mind. Can I return my purchase?

All sales are final, and we do not allow for the return of products once they are sold. Do read through the product descriptions or reach out to us on social media or our website chat functions if you have any queries before purchasing.

7. My products are defected. Can I get a refund?

Oh no, we are sorry to hear that the products you receive have defects.

Do drop us an email at hello@basicallyjo.com with the following information

1. Invoice ID
2. Date of purchase
3. Unsatisfied product
4. Reason for unsatisfied product

Refunds will be granted if the product is defected as a result of our oversight. Do note that this will be on a case-by-case basis.
